The ideal individual will have strong communication skills, love meeting creative professionals and have a passion for advertising, marketing, creative, and/or interactive spaces. Someone who has some experience working either as recruiter focused on Creative, Marketing and Interactive positions for agency clientele OR industry professional who has worked within internal advertising agencies with an understanding of the structure/positions within. To secure the right talent who matches our client's needs is about utilizing your network and/or industry knowledge and not about searching buzzword-y resumes. The positions of focus range across industries (big brand retail, advertising, healthcare, financial, high tech, etc) from mid-level to senior manager. This individual will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, interviewing and matching skilled professionals to our national clients' needs and help make an impact within our successful agency! This is a part-time position but we would require someone living within the New England/Boston marketplace who can be available for on-site meetings.
