Traffic / Creative Project Manager

Job Description

Agency in Boston is looking for a talented, multi-tasking Creative Project Manager with agency experience to come on board to help facilitate the workflow of creative projects (both print and digital campaigns). Focus consists of the managing of multiple client's work from inception to delivery while ensuring timelines and cost estimates for projects. Projects are mainly traditional advertising campaign focused but some digital as well. This ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Manage studio project schedule, project forecasts and staff coverage at all times.
  • Ensure timely communication among the teams (Design, Marketing and third-party vendors).
  • Ensure project deadlines are met and that all related personnel are held accountable.
  • Participate in each marketing project launch to ensure they are on-track.
  • Allocate creative work from requests sent by Creative Directors / Marketing.
  • Execute established production schedules and manage daily creative projects.
  • Have a thorough understanding of print production processes.

  • 2+ years experience of Traffic / Creative Project Management experience in an internal agency or studio environment.
  • Project management of both traditional print as well as digital projects
  • Strong organizational, written/oral communication and multi-tasking skills a must
  • Builds strong working relationships with creatives, account service and production department
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office programs
  • Proactive attitude as well as team-oriented
  • Creative thinker and exceptional analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; MS project.
