  • Create rational, articulable, elegant solutions to complex problems
  • Communicate with internal and client-side design, engineering and marketing teams to shape scenarios / user stories, and translate them into products
  • Ownership of each client product by solving complex problems in simple, elegant visual ways
  • Deliver polished comps, flows and assets to team members
  • Participate in user research and testing, ensuring usability and product consistency
  • Collaborate on evolving the product, team and processes
  • Deliver solutions from low to high fidelity (sketches to final asset delivery)
  • Translate functional, interaction, and design requirements to developers verbally and through detailed documentation

  • 4+ years of experience in customer driven software product design and development
  • A portfolio of relevant work is required for consideration. It should illustrate your involvement and how you contributed to solving specific problems.
  • Well versed in and opinionated about visuals and solutions
  • Ability to interact with both technical and nontechnical people to complete a project
  • Great taste and aesthetic sensibility
  • Experience developing great software
  • A deep-seated awareness of what makes a great product experience
  • Ability to focus in a shifting internal and external landscape
  • Ingrained understanding of how to design around technical constraints
  • Comfortable creating paper and digital prototypes
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance and be proactive
  • Exceptionally detailed with excellent oral and visual communication skills, and is comfortable in client-facing situations, primarily when presenting your own or others’ creative work
