Job Description

Data-driven, technology performance marketing agency is seeking a strategic Senior Analyst, Digital Media Analytics Manager! The ideal candidate will have a passion for details, productivity, efficiency and ability to think creatively in telling agency’s campaign performance story and increasing the overall return in their client’s investment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Help to lead in the agency’s approach to digital media attribution, cross channel performance and interpreting data from all paid channels
  • Provide support for digital media teams with custom performance reporting and analyses
  • Core client contact related to analytics / reporting
  • Tell a concise data story to drive actionable media decisions
  • Work directly with the creative teams to deliver recurring and ad-hoc analysis, develop and package reporting and synthesize client and internal recommendations
  • Make recommendations for new techniques, metrics and strategies to improve targeting and measurement in the future
  • Use leading edge data visualization solutions to show performance, create less friction and focus on developing insights that will drive strategy
  • Work with the engineering teams to enable the appropriate capture and storage of key data points
  • Help the media team optimize budgets and programs through disciplined analysis for the best possible ROI
  • Maintain functional expertise in database marketing, integrated channel marketing, analytic tools and techniques
  • Grow / manage team of emerging data, analytics and reporting team

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience of digital media experience working at a media agency, agency, or in house digital marketing/ digital campaign / digital analytics team
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media or related field of study.
  • Statistical modeling techniques, customer segmentation, research, and ROI experience
  • Proficiency with web analytics tools Google Analytics, Adobe Marketing Cloud, etc
  • Knowledge of SQL a plus
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, R, Looker, etc. a huge plus
  • Ability to provide thought leadership on all aspects of digital advertising, media strategy and standard media measurement
  • Strong communication skills and project management
  • Having the ability to work both independently as well as collaboratively
