Job Description

Mid-sized adverting agency is looking for a talented Digital Project Manager to serve as the link between clients and the agency, implementation of integrated advertising initiatives for each client; execution of existing projects; and develop / managing project/program schedules scopes and budgets. Other Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from client kick off to completion of job
  • Responsible for the consistent monitoring of active projects while providing updates to the client
  • Drive projects to success with schedule creation and management
  • Risk management (schedule, team hours and resources)
  • Working with integrated team
  • Draft communications to the team on client decisions and updates
  • Create production timelines for internal and client distribution
  • Track budgets regularly and work with supervisors on quarterly forecasts

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years agency experience in project management
  • Experience developing / managing schedules and budgets
  • Effective communication skills
  • Experience Managing digital projects including: web, mobile, video, applications
  • Ability to anticipate needs, changes, problems
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Proficient Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
