Marketing Manager/Digital Strategist

Job Description

Global engineering company seeking strategic digital marketing pro to lead all digital communications platforms and touchpoints which will include website, email, social media, other digital marketing efforts and content. Integral role of this global marketing organization working alongside Communications Director and VP to help develop and execute the digital strategies that support the growth goals and priorities of the company to increase reach and effectiveness.

A strategic vision for an integrated digital presence is a must for this role, having an analytical interest that can translate a strategy into day-to-day execution of these strategies, content development, reporting.

Other responsibilities include:
- Improve customer acquisition and ensure the success of all digital activities in the context of business objectives with a collaborative and responsive team.
- Oversee the global website, which includes improving and optimizing UX, SEO/SEM efforts and all lead tracking / reporting.
- Own the global website working to continually improve functionality, search metrics and user experience with analytics.
- Develop creative web strategies using social media, SEO/PPC, Google Ads and other methods.
- Own all digital reporting - monitoring, tracking and reporting against key performance indicators.
Continuously monitor performance using methods such as A/B testing to ensure optimization.
- Integrate digital lead management with CRM platform

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of digital marketing and/or communications experience
  • Agency experience preferred
  • In-depth knowledge of digital/social communications and marketing
  • Strong experience using a variety of digital platforms (WordPress, Hootsuite, Google Analytics, marketing automation, etc.)
  • Previous experience managing digital platforms and developing strategy
  • Strategic thinking driven by analytics-based research
  • Passion and deep understanding of all digital platforms; with ongoing commitment to educating self and team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Follows through on commitments and constantly meets deliverables; is a strong team player
  • Problems solver; think creatively and strategically and satisfy an organizational-directed sense of urgency
  • Proficient in MS Office Suites- Excel, Word, Power Point
