eCommerce Digital Strategist

Job Description

Consumer technology brands is seeking a strategic and analytical marketing professional who is excited to oversee all digital acquisition efforts with a focus on driving customer growth.

This individual will employ digital marketing best-practices to accurately deploy and continually improve the ROI of eCommerce marketing activities for customers. Passion for data-driven marketing with proven experience will be put to use to expand brand recognition, increase customer loyalty and enhance the bottom line.

Responsibilities:
> Define and lead the ongoing digital marketing strategy and develop acquisition / retention-focused marketing programs to drive traffic and revenue to sites
> Work with UX team and development to ensure initiatives are developed and deployed in alignment with strategy
> Analyze sales data to develop and continually hone on a comprehensive understanding of customers
> Develop and implement customer segmentation strategies to drive the efficiency of customer acquisition, loyalty and reengagement campaigns
> Enhance the overall experience by assisting in developing consumer surveys, websites, blog and social

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of acquisition marketing experience at a digital agency or similar environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge of key metrics for effective ROI analysis
  • Thinks creatively to solve problems
  • Expertise in multiple areas of acquisition marketing including content, search, SEO, email, social, website design for conversion
  • Embraces change and fast-paced environments
  • Thinks creatively to solve problems
