Sr. Search Marketing Specialist (PPC)

Dynamic online e-commerce brand is looking for an accomplished digital marketing/pay per click specialist to join their growing strategy team to help drive success for their paid search program. This is a very unique blend of strategic, analytics, creative and technical services role that enables versatility and provides growth opportunity.

Work under senior leadership to manage client's social/search marketing campaigns/partnerships using cutting edge technology. Ideal individual will be passionate about web analytics, collaborative, experience in PPC, launching direct response campaigns and optimizing social campaigns. Digital marketer who can evaluate data to identify a problem/execute a solution the clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage campaigns, analyze/improve marketing efficiency through optimization.
  • Manage internal development efforts to launch new partners (new landing page requirements, pixel integration, product feeds, links tracking, etc.)
  • Create campaign launch/test plan for key partners driving strategy
  • Experience operating in the Facebook Ad platform
  • Generate data tracking strategies and implementation parameters
  • Set performance goals for each partner initiative and work towards meeting these goals.
  • Identify a campaign plan for top partnered accounts, focusing efforts on the items that will yield the greatest return on the time investment.
  • Collaborate with internal leadership teams to maximize channel performance (this includes product, design and analytics).

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • Proven analytical and strategic thinking skills using Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Bing ads, and social ad managers (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest)
  • Passionate about data analytics!
  • Proven success in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Experience working with various, cross-functional, internal and external groups to deliver meaningful results on time and on budget with limited direction
  • Highly organized with proven ability to manage multiple projects at a given time
  • Proven track record of obtaining results from resources that are not directly on the team
  • Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize & perform a variety of tasks over the course of the workday
  • High self-motivation with a sense of urgency, strong project management skills
