Job Description

Leading online consumer brand is looking for a dynamic creative digital leader that brings together product focus design with a strong brand awareness. You’ll oversee the creative team and work closely with both Product Managers and Brand Marketing leadership to deliver on business goals while enhancing the user experience and create high-performance marketing campaigns to drive engagement, conversion, and member acquisition.
The ideal individual will have experience working with large consumer websites / associated online marketing campaigns and with product partners to translate business and brand goals. Extensive experience in a client facing, creative leadership to help build productive relationships across the organization.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strong design vision for the brand across digital [desktop, tablet & mobile] and marketing campaigns
  • Ensure designs and interfaces communicate consistent, effective experiences and messages across a wide range of deliverables; ensure design across all mediums are in alignment with core site and branding strategy
  • Help to develop style guide with business partners partners to enhance design and enable more consistent user experience
  • Sharpen/evolve brand vision through creative communications
  • Create/evolve global brand guidelines; manage and oversee development and sharing of global identity assets and templates; development and management of all new and existing brand marks
  • Provide quality control over concepts and projects

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience leading digital/creative teams in an creative environment
  • Bachelors in Graphic Design or related field
  • Powerful portfolio of a creative that demonstrates originality, innovation, problem-solving, and personal expression
  • Ability to work with Product Marketing teams and translate product and business goals into impactful design; An ability to support creative goals and business objective
  • Knowledge of design principals across multiple devices (tablet, mobile, etc.)
  • Experience creating and managing global brand identity systems
  • Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong interpersonal skills; a team player, positive highly collaborative, and ability to negotiate, and innovative thinker
