Job Description

Growing online Food and Beverages brand outside of Portsmouth is looking for a smart, self-starting, and talented Content/Digital Marketing Strategist to join their growing team to manage their next wave of growth. This accomplished storyteller will drive highly optimized content creation and distribution that helps improve reach, awareness, engagement, and conversion across multiple digital channels. You can immediately make meaningful contributions.

Responsibilities:

> Partner with owners to develop a comprehensive multichannel content marketing strategy to drive traffic, engagement, leads and retention
> Help to structure/maintain affiliate marketing relationships
> Translate/massage go-to-market messaging and brand story across internal and external communication channels. Own editorial calendar from strategy through execution
> Champion content governance which to be consistent with brand voice, style and tone
> Develop a framework for tracking and analyzing results of all channels to demonstrate the overall business value of content efforts
> Manage digital content hubs including understanding best practices across main social media channels

Qualifications
  • A portfolio of produced content pieces for brands
  • 3+ years working in Content Marketing roles at a brand, publication, or small agency.
  • Skilled storyteller who employs non-linear thinking skills to create compelling content that is quickly and easily understood by the audience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, Communications, or Marketing
  • An excellent oral and written communicator
  • A keen design sensibility
  • Self-motivated, energetic, creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, and collaborative An ability to meet deadlines and gracefully juggle multiple projects
  • An appreciation for culinary, food, technology helpful
