This versatile professional will establish and execute product strategy, and identify, onboard and partner with product/brand suppliers to drive growth. Here’s your focus:
- Establishing and executing product strategy, and identify, onboard and partner with product/brand suppliers to drive growth
- Manage each brand in the portfolio and work extensively with senior leaders and brand partners, to identify growth opportunities and implement plans
- Leads cross functional team to achieve business objectives; works collaboratively with Education, Marketing, Technology, Sales, Customer Service and Quality teams to ensure success
- Manage all aspects of supplier relationships including strategic direction and positioning, and tactics, channel strategy development, performance and overall profitability performance
- Identify and execute product category expansions and new strategic brand additions
- Own the relationship with brand partners, developing a strong positive relationship
- Analyze performance and conduct business reviews
- Participate in appropriate industry events, conferences and trade shows to support the products and brand

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree, MBA preferred
  • 3+ years’ as a progressive partner and product line management which includes marketing and sales strategy and P&L management
  • Strong strategic and analytical background
  • Leadership capabilities to influence a cross-functional organization to achieve business objectives
  • Strategic thinking, financial acumen and marketing analytics understanding
  • Entrepreneurial spirit!
