Job Description

Mid-sized integrated advertising agency is seeking a talented Director of Business Development! This individual will work directly with agency partners to package / sell creative solutions to clients as well as on ongoing relationship building. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter and hopefully have worked within an agency environment, or a within a media sales environment, who understands how to position/sell integrated marketing services to higher level decision makers. You’ll have comfort-ability relationship building via telephone solicitation to cold prospects with the goal of uncovering potential warm prospects for the agency. Responsibilities also include maintaining regular contact with clients, meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales goals, completing weekly sales reports, and preparing requests for proposals (RFPs). This is a great full-time opportunity to help building a growing agency while having flexibility in schedule (on/off-site)!

Qualifications
  • 4+ years of sales experience in advertising, video, media, marketing, or related industries and is self-driven, motivated, and ambitious.
  • Strong ability to prospect for new clients and open doors and to present creative solutions to multiple levels of management.
  • The ability to work remotely and in a disciplined manner.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
