Job Description

Innovative internal agency with a consumer brand is looking for a talented Producer/Editor to help dynamic broadcast team bring creative content to life, from behind the camera all the way through the final edit.

Editor is responsible for demonstrating, hands-on skills; offering creative problem solving; participating in review sessions with clients, creatives, and producers; and making the end result better. The ideal candidate will be a creative, resourceful person who collaborates well with their team to produce compelling work with high production value.

Key responsibilities include:
- Work closely with senior leadership, art directors and visual effects teams in the design and execution of on-brand motion graphic treatments
- Participate in kick-off pre-production meetings with producers, client, agency, and internal creative teams to gain a comprehensive understanding of project goals
- Help to meet project timelines/within budget
- Work independently as well as in partnership with the creative team, agency and clients to execute project plan
- Deliver content within established technical specifications
- Master the current editing software and stay abreast of industry trends and new technology
- Offer creative solutions to meet client expectations
- Present work to agency, brand teams, and studio executives for review and feedback
- Ability to troubleshoot technical challenges and deliver the best video/audio quality in the field

Qualifications
  • 2+ year of post-production/editing experience, Ad Agencies
  • Ability to participate in managing the development process
  • Proficiency with Adobe CC Suite
  • Design sensibility for motion graphics
  • Working knowledge of ProTools, After Effects
  • Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
  • Experience with project management software tools
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical challenges and deliver the best video/audio quality in the field
  • Work well within a creative collaborative team as well as independently
