Job Description

This mid-sized integrated Boston agency is looking for a Sr. Account Supervisor to grow client relationships and revenues through the effective delivery of integrated marketing programs, while working with senior leadership and serving as a trusted advisor.
You will lead planning initiatives, and translate goals into action plans, via marketing recommendations, partnership with strategy, creative and media teams, and creative briefs that connect the dots between client goals and consumer insights.
This key individual will join our high performing client services team that runs on all cylinders, has fun and needs to be a strong independent performer.

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 4+ years agency management experience
  • Creative thinker and problem solver; you aren’t afraid to think outside the box
  • Experience in building strong relationships with client and agency teams
  • Ability to anticipate needs, changes, problems
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Proficient Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
