Job Description

Mid-sized agency in downtown Boston is looking for a talented Account Executive to serve as the link between clients and the studio, implementation of integrated design initiatives for each client; account management and execution of existing projects; provide clear leadership to the internal team; and develop / managing project/program schedules scopes and budgets; write creative briefs; escalating client issues and knowing when to push back This is an integrated studio so having worked on digital, traditional and including media campaigns would be helpful.   Other Responsibilities:

  • Develop/write creative briefs
  • Manage team/projects from client kick-off to completion of job
  • Responsible for the consistent monitoring of activity while providing updates to the client
  • Interact with members of agency team to ensure accurate information exchange
  • Draft communications to the team on client decisions and updates
  • Create production timelines for internal and client distribution
  • Track budgets regularly and work with supervisors on quarterly forecasts

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years agency experience
  • Effective communication skills
  • Experience in building strong relationships with client and agency teams
  • Ability to anticipate needs, changes, problems
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent writing skills
  • Proficient Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
